The PowerShot SD500 is the Digital ELPH you've been waiting for. It's the first to be equipped with 7.1 Megapixels of resolution for a truly astonishing level of detail, and it employs Canon's exclusive DIGIC II Image Processor to bring all that detail to vibrant life. With a big 2.0 inch LCD screen and an outstanding set of features and capabilities, the SD500 is a digital camera designed to lead the impressive Digital ELPH line
Ikelite 6147.55 Underwater Housing for Canon SD550 Digital Camera - Rated up to 200'

The housing offers an unobstructed view of the cameras information and control functions and operates safely to a depth of 200'. Camera installation is quick and simple and the o-ring seal can be checked visually through the clear housing. The housing is sized and weighted for near neutral buoyancy and superb handling underwater.
Ikelite 3944.54 Substrobe DS-51 Kit for Digital Still Cameras with Exposure Value Manual Controller and Deluxe Ball Socket Strobe Arm - Rated up to 300' The Ikelite Digital SubStrobe DS-51 was created specifically for use with digital cameras because of their use of preflash metering, but it is completely compatible with all film cameras and film camera housings. The DS-51 offers 50 watt-seconds of power in a compact size with coverage adequate for lenses as wide as 28 mm, or add the included diffuser for wider coverage and softer lighting. Combine multiple strobes to cover very wide angle lenses with minimal illumination of particles suspended in the water. The DS-51 operates TTL when connected by an appropriate sync cord to some Ikelite housings. Alternatively, the DS51 provides a manual exposure mode with six manual power settings in one-half f-stop increments for precise illumination of subjects. When connected to the Manual Controller, The DS-51 provides ten power settings in half/stop increments. The Manual controller can operate as a wireless sensor triggered by the cameras built in strobe or another strobe, or it can be connected by one of the Ikelite sync cords. The Ball Arm System allows easy strobe placement from macro close-up to wide angle without changing aim of the Sensor
