Name that band....

On Sunday evening, 3 Aug 2008, I was in the town square of San Miguel when I came across a band playing. I very much enjoyed the music they were playing, but have no idea who they were. Can anyone watch the video link below and tell me:

The name of the band?

The name of the song they are playing?

Do they have a web site? (EVERYONE has a web site these days!)

How can I get a CD of this song and other music by this group?
