My virgin post
Hey everyone. I got turned onto diving at a resort course in the Dominican Repuyblic. From the first dive I was totally hooked! I got certified about 6 months later from a local dive shop. It was a private lake in northern Illiniois in the middle of October. So needless to say the water was COLD. 62F surface and 50F at the thermocline. I've been fortunate to dive in several tropical locations like St Thomas
 , Oahu , Cozumel, Negril and Ocho Rios Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Clearwater (misnomer, worst visability of all) Fla.  . I cant wait to make bubbles again in Feb. |

Welcom Iscubanow50. No wonder a place like Clearwater FL seems dirty with the list of great dive sites you have been to.
 Come join us for a dive here in Oklahoma sometime. You'd be calling everywhere else clearwater  . You can see what we think of our precious blue water here by the name of our dive club. The main thing is that we are diving and having fun though. So again welcome to the board. Can't wait to here some stories about the exotic places you have had the privelage of diving.
