Greetings all.
Been lurking a while and have picked up quite a bit of good info from this board. Thanks. A while back, the girlfriend informed me that we were going to Curacao for two weeks in May, then informed me that I needed to get cetified if I want to play. I didn't put up much of a fight. Any way, I'm about to push the BUY NOW button on a Brigade after weeks of thinking and start down the road toward another expensive hobby. Best regards to all. David |

Right on! You will have to hook up with us on some of local dives. A bunch of us hit Mt. Storm, and we are looking to go to Dutch Springs and Lake Rawlings this year. You should go down the the Mid Atlantic Darkwater Divers forum and sign on!

We hit Mt. Storm Saturday. 57 at surface, 55 at the 50ft platform. In a 7mm wetsuit, the water felt fine, and no wind made for a good day.

Newbie, welcome. I'm in Frederick. I hang out alot (wife says too much) at the Brass Anchor. Where are you going to get certified? A bunch of us are going down to Lake Rawlings in May. It's a long drive, but we stay down for the weekend. Pretty good viz for a quarry, and if you stay above 35 ft, temps are not bad either.
