Where are you in Washington, Bob? If you're in the Seattle area, and would like to do some dives with somebody who can introduce you to some of our good beginner sites, send me a PM. Diving with new divers is a particular pleasure of mine, because so much generosity was shown me when I was new to diving in our cold, green water full of amazing life!

MELTING? I just got another 4 inches of snow on my house this afternoon! If you're up in the Everett area don't store the ice scraper and snow shovel yet.

Nice thing about snow though: less competition for dive sites, less runoff while it's still frozen.

Welcome.
