Best tasting fish you have hunted
I have a question for all you hunters. I am heading back to Mexico and plan on doing some spearfishing. I will be in the Cancun area when I do my diving. I wanted to know what is the best tasting fish you have shot? I know that the Hog Fish is a great fish to eat even though it looks evil and deformed. But I wanted to start getting a list together for fish to target.

Spearfishing on Scuba is against the law in mexico, if your free diving its ok. Be sure you have a Mexican Fishing license

Don I don't think it is in the Yucitan Peninsula over in Puerto Morales out of the National Park there. I have heard from everyone that the hog is the best by far so far. Hoping to find out what else is nice and tasty to go for.
