Old/New N. Carolina diver
Was certified a long time ago and then let life get in the way. I have just now rectified the problem by getting refreshed, AOW and Nitrox certified in the last few weeks. My timing as usual is perfect, back up to speed and the season is pretty much over. At least I can spend the cold months getting all my equipment back up to date. I did get a few snickers with my bright orange, pre-classic Scubapro Jacket
 . Hope to see you underwater sometime soon. |

I did pretty much the same thing about 9 years ago. This last year was a bust for me, but the previous 3 years I did more diving than all my other years combined.
Welcome to the board. By the way, there is nothing wrong with mixing a little vintage gear in with modern gear, or even going straight vintage.
