I'm a Philippine Air Force helicopter pilot, trained on SAR Planning at the US National SAR School in Virginia. After that i got assigned to a rescue squadron and introduced to scuba diving, been at it ever since. Started on the PADI Pro path. How Pro? I don't know yet.

very interesting thread... Divers are really diverse
I am a post doctorate eye surgeon with retinal sub-specialty...I still need 3 years to make a consultant. My Mentor (who is chief retina & medical director of a large tertiary hospital) introduced me to scuba !
