Greetings from Okinawa, Japan!

Howdy everyone! As you just saw, I'm in the military and I am stationed in Okinawa, Japan for the next 3 years. Knowing what a great opportunity I had, I went out and got PADI OW certified last weekend. Now I am in search of that perfect set of gear to get me started, and I hope that you all can provide me with some great information to get me going. I work up at Camp Hansen, live at Courtney though... Trouble with classes out here is that they book up, FAST. I had to book my class over a month in advance.

Hey you just brought back some awesome dive memories, I used to work at Kadena Marina many moons ago. Thats where I learned to dive. Am now a Padi Master Scuba Diver Trainer and I owe it all to living in Okinawa!! Man I miss that place! Have you dove a lot over there??
