Just returned to Texas from Florida of 11 years!

Im back in Texas but miss Florida badly! I would love to go back but temp here in Texas til my divorce is settled (could be a couple of years) Anyway everyone is wonderful in the diving world! Until I get my scuba gear or some money to replace it all, I got some loaner gear for now! (Thanks for several making this happen!) And a couple of wonderful instructors that decided to take me under their wings and help me get my assistant instructor certification and help them out in return. I plan on getting my Dive Master probably in the warmer months. Im in the health care administration field and sure could use a job. Im just working temp jobs till I find the right fit. I would like to work in hyperbarics with wound care arena or back in the nursing home field. Im licensed administrator and can work in most of the management fields to marketing in health care markets.
Full Time Scuba Bum:My ultimate goal once I get my settlement: buy an island and a boat hire a captain and hire some dive gear repair techs and couple instructors, security guard (aka retired armed forces) who will work for cheap or for free place to live and food! lol and while I guide dives as a dive master in carribeans (toss up between Trinadad or Walkers Cay (bahamas) live in cut off shorts and old tshirts and spear or snare dinner!
Hey at least I have a plan in scheme of things!

Welcome to Texas. Sorry to hear about the divorce (seems to be a bit of that going around lately...kinda like the Swine Flu).

But...at least you've got a plan. When you get further along with The Plan, bring me along...I'll carry your luggage and dive gear.
