Howdy
I'm an instructor moving from Lower Alabama to South Texas. Spent some time the last two years working on cave through IANTD/NSS-CDS and Tech thru PADI. Now back to lakes and rivers in Texas until the next move. I've spent time diving in Germany, the Med in Spain and Italy, Phuket, Coz, U.S and British VI, Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Korea, Grenadines along with three years in Alaska diving year round.

Other than getting on an airplane where can you dive? I'll probably be diving Lake Travis quite a bit and I used to dive Possum Kingdom years ago so I'll need something different from time to time.

I'm a very new diver, so I can't speak from very much experience. But, I dive at Clear Springs Scuba Park in Terrell, TX. It's about an hour from my house. There are a few other places that I'm interested in but, haven't been able to go yet.

Welcome to the board.... sorry I'm no help about dive spots in Texas. Even though I was born and raised in Texas, I've never went diving there. Most of my diving was in Florida. I've also been diving in St. Thomas, Jamaica, Philippines and of course Japan :-)
