Relax & Breathe. The biggest surprise to me, and many of the classes that I DM'd for, was that you pretty much already know how to dive. You'll mostly learn what to do when something goes wrong while diving. You'll be so sick and tired of clearing your mask when it's done that it'll be second nature to you.

Hi Tweek! i am but a couple of week ahead of you and you're welcome to follow my fins... i've been overcoming a major phobia and will be starting my scuba classes this coming week... i'll try and keep this thread updated with my progress and experience... hopefully, without any 'crisis'...

these guys (and gals) here at ST forum have helped me alot in overcoming a lot of my concerns with there friendly advice and encouragement....
