Hello all. I just recently moved to San Diego after spending 6 years on Guam. Jumping from warm water to cold water has been a shock to say the least. So I hope the diving here is good.

Welcome to the board. I haven't been, but I am sure the cold water is worth it. There are some others here from southern cali, I am sure they can tell you more about the diving conditions and the specific places you will want to dive. My dive instructor said after all of her years of traveling and living all over the world, southern california has some of the best diving in the world. I look forward to finding out if she's right. let's hope she is!
