Hello from LeClaire, Iowa
Just thought I'd introduce myself here.
My name is John, and wife Billie. We've been around awhile, having done a few years recreational snorkeling, and now very-very new to scuba. We both were sucked into scuba diving a couple months ago, and completed the PADI certification while vacationing at Breezes Resort, Runaway Bay, Jamaica. Just an awesome experience; then to top it off, at the end of the week we completed a night dive. Wow! Even found a huge sea turtle resting in a den. Anyway, we're gearing up now, so to speak, for scuba, buying all new essentials for a Jan 08 cruise; snorkel, mask, fins, booties, gloves, etc.. (For warm water diving). Regulator/BCD will come later. Please be aware, as I'll be posting many questions about "gear"' on the forum. Thanks in advance, John |
