Southern Indiana...

Southern Indiana is where I call home. My name as you probably guessed is Jimi. If you look up Dive newb in the dictionary you will find a big ol' picture of my grinning mug. I came to the ST site with Christmas in my heart. My Father has recently got his Open Water certification along with my uncle. After their trip to the Cayman Islands, my uncle decided it is not for him. So I decided to get my Dad a nice dive knife for the Holidays and while I was at it, I enrolled myself and my Fiancé in a certification class. I figured it would be a great way to spend time with my dad and Fiancé. Safety in numbers and all
Now to purchase the knife at a slightly lower cost (I am cheap ) I need to post a few more times, so any input you may have towards what kind of knife to get my father, Please feel free to help my out. Since we live in Indiana.. a lot of my first dives will be lakes, if that makes any difference on the type of Knife he may need.
