Hello from Georgia

I dive at Lake Jocassee, SC just about every week (spring thru summer). It ain't the Caribbean, but the water tempis now up to 80 degrees at the surface!

How far is it from atl and how is the vis?

Take I-85 Nto Exit 1, thenfollow Hwy. 11 thru Walhalla, SC and continue until you can take a left onto Lake Jocassee Rd. (near Salem, SC). Lake Jocassee Road goes to Devil's Fork State Park, where you can findthe lake and diver's ramp. No charge for shore-diving, only a $2 park admission fee.</DIV>

Thanks, not to far from the house, I was hoping the vis might be better, but better than no dives.
