Welcome to the Forums. As for the suit, you really want to buy a tri. specific suit. You need to have lots of flexibility in the arms and legs. specially if you doing it up in MI. im sure you will need a pretty thick suit. What half Iron man are you doing? Im doing my first half this summer.

i've seen a neosport suit at s.t.that is for the swimming part of a iron man. i would check with the neosport/henderson website then talk to the guys to see if they have what you want. the ones i saw are shorties w/no arms and full legs but i can't recall the top half. happy hunting.
