Henderson thermiprene vs Pinnacle

Any reasons for choosing one over another?

well, I own a 3mm Henderson thermoprene (ST had it on sell for ~$97). I just brought the Pinnacle 7mm elastipene for ~$124 (ST forum member discount).

For me it was the best bargain I can find since both are good suits and fit me very well (6'1 250lbs). I saved $90 on the Henderson and $200 on the pinnacle from buying from my local dive shop.

Paying $220 (tax and shipping included) for a 3mm and a 7mm stretchy wetsuits vs $570 (tax included) from my LDS.

But if you still have reservation you can buy both. ST has them so darn cheap now.

does anyone know the difference between the elastiprene and the Cruiser? Is the elastiprene a higher end suit?

Thanks

Elastiprene suit uses a stretchier material. They're both good suits.

UPDATtE

I just tried the Pinnacle elastiprene 7 mm I dont have a problem with the neck if fact I like the fact nothing it is going to keep out water. I also find is more true to size for me than the henderson thermoprene.

Keep in mind the pinnacle is a 7mm and the henderson is a 3mm.

Would I buy henderson again ? of course if the price is right.

If cost wasnt an issue for me (it always is I'm just cheap that way). I wished I would have discover pinnacle first.

Out of the water, I find the neck a bit uncomfortable. It's fine in the water, and it does reduce water flushing (a plus). On the surface, just peel the suit to your waist.

Since they are both great suits I think fit would be first concern and price would be another
