Similiar problems with finding one for someone 7 inches taller and 30lbs heavier...
I did contact wet suit world in NJ, Water Sports Store, Wetsuits, Surfboards.. In Stone Harbor, New Jersey., they told me they carry "custom size" wetsuits at regular prices. You may want to give them a try.

Some manufacturers do! Tilos is one I know sure does. I have a Tilos Superstretch 7-6-5mm size LS large short. It fits me like a custom suit should but it's off the rack.
I'm 5'8" 200 lbs You probably be a XLS size

In a similar situation, I had no luck with off the rack.
I went with a custom wetsuit, which ended up costing the same as off the rack. I ordered it on a Monday and received it on a Friday. Give these guys a try. Custom Wetsuits, Scuba Diving Skins, Parkas from AquaFlite |
