I have to say that I'm super impressed with the Pinnacle Elastiprene suits I got from ScubaToys. Actually, I was so pleased and impressed with the 7mm I bought a couple of weeks ago that I recently ordered a 3mm as well.
I've been wearing Henderson Hyperstretch suits since I got certified as I'm not an easy fit, and hate feeling squeezed by my wetsuit. As time went on, the Hyperstretch compressed more and more and it seemed like every time I wore one diving, I was cold. I hate being cold while diving, but wasn't sure what my options were for a better stretchy suit, until we went to the Seattle dive show and spent some time in the Pinnacle booth. Both my husband and I decided we'd get the Merino Elastiprene suits this fall, but ST's fabulous closeout sale on the regular Elastiprene was too good for me to pass up, hence buying 2 suits. In comparing my new Pinnacle suits with my Hendersons, I have to say that I think the materials, construction, and attention to detail in the Pinnacle is far superior to the Hyperstretch. The special neck seal, the rolled wrist seals, the zippered ankles, and the reinforced spine pad are all features of the Pinnacle that I'm very impressed with. Not only that, but the Pinnacle is nearly as stretchy at the Hyperstretch and I find it to be just as easy to don and just as comfortable. I'm a convert.

The only problem I've had is the zipper split on it's 4th dive. It didn't keep me from diving, I was just blue-er than I would have been other wise. They were great though and warranteed it in a week, brand new one, one for one swap. My 7/5 combined with my 5/3 hooded vest equals very warm in 52F.

I have two Pinnacle suits and can't say enough good things about them. I used one last fall and logged 161 dives on it. It finally ripped around the ankle zipper. I sent it back since it was still under warranty and they fixed it like it was a new. Not only fixed the ripped area but added reenforcement to other areas, cleaned up the seams, etc... and sent me a Pinnacle baseball cap as well. Great suit and they stand behind them.
