I have a Pinnacle Seal merino 3mm And I love it. The construction is awesome. they have disks glued at all the corners for durability. the kevlar knee pads are nice and it's warm. 68deg spring dive with just the 3mm and I was fine.

Thanks for the feedback and the temperature relation. I am waiting to receive mine and looking forward to trying it out in the local quarry in the next few weeks, maybe Thanksgiving weekend. It is colder than 68 below thermocline so I will see how it feels for me. I was trying to get feedback on whether this particular suit would be too warm for Grand Cayman next month, but I guess I will find out when I try it out personally.

I will say that I have a higher tolerance to cold than most. Not that I'm special, but I just prefer it cold. My wife was wearing a 3mm full suit (not merino) and a 6mm jacket and couldn't believe I had only the 3mm.

I've had mine down into the upper 50's, and have been reasonably comfortable. As others have said... great suit!

Just received my Seal merino 3mm today (got an unbelievable deal on eBay for a brand new one). First impressions are wow, nice suit, well made. I tried it on and it was so much easier to get on than others I have used (which have been oneil 3mm and body glove 7mm rentals). It is an XL and I have used XXL in the past, but this one seems to be correct with the measurement listed on pinnacle's size chart. It is stretchy. I am looking forward to trying it out soon, hopefully next weekend and I will report back with first hand experience for others who may be interested.

if you get too warm just pull your collar open and let in some cooler water.
