Red face

Well, the newspaper got it dry-er.... not dry yet. Picked up a china-cheapo grade dehumidifier from the corner drug store, put the wetsuit over my tub and left the dehumidifier going in the bathroom. We'll see how that goes.

And as for it being an excuse to dive.... oh gawds yes! I'm HOOKED!

My first dive was at the Blue Grotto in Williston, FL and there was this zen moment when I turned around and everything was blue- the light was streaming in through the cavern opening, there was a turtle swimming towards the surface and the light cast shadows upon the world as if there was a hidden secret waiting to be seen and I needed but let go. Oh it was beautiful!

Looking to get gear now- thinking my first purchase will be a customized BCD from a company in Thonotossassa, FL and an Atomic regulator. Tried Scuba Pro, Promate, Zeagle and Aeris and the Atomic tickled my pickle the most. ^,^

Great vivid description of your zen moment! Turtles have a way of doing that. Smart move with the dehumidifier.
