Cleaning solutions for wetsuits and boots?

Just wondering if there is anything that's safe to use on the neoprene wetsuits and boots to keep them from smelling bad? Especially the boots, so far my suit is fine. I know they make special shampoos, but is there anything else that is safe?

I use suave shampoo on my wetsuit and never had any problems.

I was going to suggest that, or even something milder like a pet/baby shampoo...

Drying inside out seams to help reduce bad smells also.

Does anyone use those big wetsuit hangers that have the built in dryer?
do they work?
Are they worth it?

I add a cup or so of the cheap mouthwash from the dollar store to my rinse water, also dry it inside-out.

ST and other shops have enzyme cleaners the work well. Sink-the-stink, and various other cleaners work well.

I got the wetsuit care kit when I bought mine-I think the baby shampoo will be the next one I try-A good rinse and a little shampoo is all I use.
