Does anyone have one of these:
Tilos Unisex Lycra Skin Suit reviews and discounts, Tilos How do you like them? I'm in the market for one of these, but I can't decide on which one to get. I've seen some that have added padding on the back for the tank, but I'm not sure if these have that.

If you're looking for something to wear under a wetsuit to make it slide on easier, I think pretty much any decent lycra skin will do. Heavier lycras will be more durable (and the suit probably made a little better) so compare the fabric weight to others you might buy.
If you're looking for something to wear alone in warm water, I've found .5 or 1mm neoprene to be much more durable than any lycra suit, easier to get on when damp, provides better protection and a little actual warmth. I've never seen a lycra skin with tank padding (and haven't felt the need for it.) If you're wearing it under a thicker suit anyway I don't think it would make a difference in comfort, and might even be counterproductive if your main suit fits well. |
