I doubt you'll need that much. I was there last year in mid November and used a 1mm fullsuit + beanie the whole time... and I'm cold-natured. My brother used a 2mm shorty the whole time and was fine. Some people were diving sans-suit.

Absolutely, unless you are normally cold in this wetsuit in temps around 80F. I should think you would have no problem.

A 4/3 would be perfect if you plan to do a lot of diving (3+ dives per day). If you don't plan to dive a lot, then a 3 mil would be fine. My Wife and I go to Bonaire often and average 5 to 6 dives per day. By mid week or so we start to feel a bit cold on the dives. We take 3 mil suits and add hoods and dive skins by the end of the week which helps.

I ran a 2mm shorty in November but honestly I think I could have gone sans suit.. it was amazing water.
