Been diving w/a skin for yrs. just bought a Henderson 3m Hyperstretch. Any recommendations on how much extra weight I might need? I realize it depends on many factors but isn't there a basic rule of thumb?

I find a 3mil full ads about 6 lbs... But that is with a XXL, obviously a small would be less neoprene then maybe just2- 4 lbs.

When i dive in just a bathing suit I use 8 lbs of trim weights most of which is to balance myself better int he water than to keep me down. When I put on my xxxl 3mm suit i add a 7 lb belt and weigh out perfectly.
