I am gonna order a 7 mm hooded vest. I wear a XL wetsuit. I have noticed that some hooded vest, if not all, are worn on the outside of the wetsuit. Just wondering if someone could help me with the sizing of the hooded vest. Thanks.

Might be something you have to try on. My guess is XL or XXL.

Its hard to say cause we don't know if you have a gigantic melon head, micro small head, or a just an average joe head. I would say flip a coin between L or XL. If you are buying online get a L and XL, but before you purchase make sure the shop will let you return the one that does not fit. I bought my hood at a LDS because I wanted to make sure I got something that fit perfect. Brand can also make a difference as far as size.
