Tusa expert zoom full foot fins are awesome and a good value for warm water, Cressi reaction Pink boot fott fins are great for cold water when you need that extra non-split fin thrust for the extra gear you have on b/c of the cold water.

Another vote here for the Cressi fins- I love mine. All the guys I dive with were laughing at my pink fins/pink watch until they realized that when we're all covered head-to-toe in neoprene (it's Canada- the water here is C-O-L-D), I was the only one they could easily ID!

Go for the pink Apollo Bio Fins. She gets the best dive fins (some differ) and they are pink and have a great girly look to them.
