Need help with husband

I live in Greece and I am trying to get my husband to take me out to dinner more and do romantic things while we have a chance. This is a once in a life time experience so how can I talk to him and let him know that I want to do this more? I also want to travel throughout Europe but small steps right?
Thanks

Kalokairi - From a guys POV please assume stupid, rather than malice of forethought. Just ask! I've been married 25 years and I still don't read my wife's mind, even when it's obvious to her that I should. Also, romance is a two way street, don't sit back and wait for him (again stupid) have some fun and pursue your man, he'll love it. Oddly enough, check out church; our church has a really strong men's group that did a seminar titled "How to love a woman" it was really eye opening for me. I work much harder on my relationship after 25 years than I did before. Good luck, have fun.

I am with Suther on this...Just talk to him, be very precise about what you want, men can be thick sometimes. If I want something from my husband I just ask and I usually receive. Above all talk and be fair about your desires.

Why don't you invite him out to dinner? Why don't you do something romantic, hell for a guy it could be as simple as buying the scuba mag he sometimes picks up but didn't this month.

Why is it so hard for women to understand it's a 2 way street?

It's not hard to understand, but in general women are taught to be the weaker sex in everything and that if we make the first move we are being easy or overbearing and that is not acceptable. We are just now beginning to understand that we can make the moves and you guys will accept it and not think you are automatically sleeping with us.

Please, we're guys...we always think we're sleeping with you...well not you in particular, I mean generally...well not all of you in general...just form an orderly line. Sorry, I'll get back to you on this one.

Ok, we will wait for the male gender gene to stop working for a minute...I really messed up...I mentioned sex and men in the same paragraph...I'm surprised you got that much out...lol

What can I say, they come with the package and without an owner's manual. Most of our wives think we're pessimists, but you must admit the hope for sex... and so often, makes us the worlds biggest optimists.
