Breast Cancer Awareness!!
Well ladies...October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Just a friendly reminder for us to do our monthly breast self exams. Early detection can save lives!! For the men that may drop in & read, though not as common, men do get breast cancer. Here is a great interactive website Breast Self Exam - Welcome I'm running in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in downtown OKC tomorrow. Wish me luck!  ~Chace Very tired...back from the race, it was a great success. Kudos to you for taking part in the race. I've always wanted to to do the Avon Breast Walk, perhaps once before we move to Roatan....
I did just schedule my yearly mammogram. My radiologist is hilarious, when she lets my breast out of the vise she says, "okay, fluff"
