His prices vary based on what you want...its a little over 100 for 2-tank shore dives and boat dives are a bit pricier. Of course you are paying for a private guide not just a boat ride to a site and you get lots of digital photos as a bonus. His prices are cheaper if you book a group. For me the extra money is worth it because his customer service is second to none and he really listens to what you want to do, not what he wants to do. His website says he treats you like family and that has always been our experience. He even helped my family find a house to rent for a couple of weeks on the North Shore.

Favorites done: Spiegel Grove and Duane off Key Largo, and Rodeo 25 off Fort Lauderdale. Both times on the Rodeo the conditions were just truly incredible.
To do: Mighty O. Got blown out last year, will try again this fall.

The best is one I have experienced to date it the HMCS SAGUENAY near Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada, Eh...

It is a former Canadian Navy Destroyer over 300 feet long that was sank just off the coat of Nova Scotia. Mast at 65 feet with mud at 120 it is an excellent artificial reef with many holes cut in for penetrations. They do a lot of wreck courses there. On the day I was there my computer read 14 feet and I could look down to see the entire ship from above. 65 foot viz that day and I was able to dive it on a steel 130 with 36% nitrox. Long, slow and relaxed dive.

Her sister ship the HMCS Frasier is a floating museum tied up near by. You can walk the decks beforehand and get a complete feel for the layout before diving the SAG. Rarely you can even sleep on board the night before your dive trip.

The best dive day I have had to date. I came up with one word written on my dive slate... "WOW!"

Bianca C in Grenada was nice too, but limited bottom time.

Cayman in Key West was my very first and was deeper than i had ever thought i would go on my 13th dive (2nd saltwater dive)... but it wasnt the best.

Sea Tiger off Oahu Hawaii is my deepest dive so far (114 feet) and i got some spectactular photos of a flock of eagle rays above us.. but that wasnt my "favorite" wreck dive either.

C53 off Cozumel before Hurricane Wilma was my best. it was open and clean and lined out and that was my first (and only so far) wreck penetration dive. THAT was my best wreck dive.

My favorite/only wreck dive is the C-53 in Cozumel before Hurricane Wilma. It appeared "prepped" for penetration. I'm a bit claustrophobic so I didn't go in and somebody my size shouldn't go into small spaces anyway. The attached photos were from 2 days before Hurricane Wilma. They didn't come out very well, a lot of stuff in the water.

I can't say I've had a BEST wreck. I've dove the Duane, The Grove multiple times, and on any given dive one can be awesome-err then the other. My first deep ocean wreck was on the Grove diving with Blue water Divers. We had maybe 80' of vis. You could just see the ship from the top. That was very memorable for a lot of reasons.

Getting some good views of the 600lbs+ Jewfish on the Duane is always cool. The Duane is also one of the best night dives with all the cup coral in action.

I want to do the U-352 (NC, doable), the Big-O (also doable), and Truk, and Palau (less doable! ).

Favorite? Probably have to go with the Oriskany. I'm tempted though to go with the Chikuzen in the BVI, if only because I've spent way more time on/in that one than I have at the O.

To do? Not really sure. Possibly the Doria, but it appears to be deteriorating rapidly.

i did the sea tiger in oahu in august...great dive!


and this was another wreck in oahu...there were several frogfish as well as a beautiful spotted eagle ray guarding the ship...



we just got back from grenada, where all we did were wrecks...unfortunately, the camera got left behind!!
