Hey there Guys and Gals!

What is the best wreck dive that you have done so far?

Me... The Mahi, a 186-foot U.S. Navy Minelayer,it is sunk in 90 feet of water off the west side of Oahu,Hawaii.


What wreck would you most like to dive ?


Me... The aircraft carrier USS Oriskany off the coast of Pensacola,Fl

If $$$ were no objective > the S.S.Yongala located in the Great Barrier Reef Queensland, Australia.

Well I gotta go wiht the Josey J. Roatan, Honduras- Freighter 160-180' down.

USS Oriskany and Bakini Atol and Chucck lagoon.

An unnamed island supply wreck that we discovered in the Bahamas during a Blackbeard's trip. It had recently sunk (fate of the crew was unknown) and was full of supplies.

I would like to stand on the flight deck of the USS Saratoga at Bikini Atoll and make the Tons of Steel trip with Spencer Slate's dive op in the Florida Keys.

Overall conditions- Dixie Arrow, the visibility off Hatteras that day was awesome and the water was incredible

My favorite wreck is the Sea Tiger of Oahu, it was the first wreck dive for my wife so...

As for what I want to dive, the boneyard of wrecks at Scapa off the N of Scotland

Here are a couple from the Sea Tiger in January. We are headed back to Oahu in November and will probably do the Corsair while we are there. In the interest of full disclosure, we didn't take the pics, they were taken by the guide we hired. http://www.divewithdave.com/index.html If you ever get over to Oahu, he's great and will tailor the trip to what ever kind of diving you want to do.

What is the best wreck dive that you have done so far?

The RMS Rhone in the BVI's. Not a deep wreck but the front had an interesting swimthrough (remember Jacqueline Bisset in The Deep) and the back half had a lot of interesting machinery and artifacts, including a small silver spoon permanently attached to the deck. Huge prop and rudder for photos also.
