WWII Plane Wrecks?

Hey folks,

I know that Hawaii is a popular place to go wreck diving for WWII planes, but are there any other places that are as littered with them? I find all that WWII stuff so fascinating, especially the aviation aspect. Boats don't quite do it for me, but I'd love to go diving to see a plane wreck.

If you don't mind the cold, try diving the great lakes. There are several planes there. Scuba mag just did a story on one of them last month.

Note this can not currently be done as private trip. A guide is required. This is also a technical dive.

In addition to WWII planes in Truk Lagoon and PNG, Raja Ampat has a P47D off Wai Island in about 117' of water.
