Morehead City North Carolina, just below the Outer Banks. They have a couple of UBoats there.

U-853 off Block Island RI is an IXC class U-boat in 130' of water. It's a historically interesting wreck, as it was the last U-boat sunk by allied forces, and if you're up to the challenge of a deep dive in open ocean New England waters, it's a good one.

Although, as Chris O'Riley's photo mosaic shows, the vis on the U-352 off North Carolina makes it a good option too!

U-853 is on my short list of wrecks I'd like to dive. Maybe this summer...

I have been on the U-352 several times. It is a nice wreck that typically has great viz. There can be a fairly strong current on it at times.

The U-853 is also on my "to do" list.
