looking for a very long tickle stick

I had a tickle stick for catching lobsters that was about 15 inches longer than the ones they sell in the dive shops here in Florida. The stick was very old and the fiberglass was starting to break-down.

Do you know a place (website) where I can get a new longer tickle stick?
Thanks.

Special K III, first let me say "welcome to the board". Now for the tickle stick question. When hunting bugs in deep ledges I use a 4' piece of #2 AWG solid copper wire. You can keep it coiled up and clipped to your BC until you need it. It is easily bendable to any shape that you may need. If you want a fiberglass stick, just look near any area bridge for lost fishing rods. Cut off the guides and "viola" instant 5-7' tickle stick. Just cut it down to the size you want. Good luck.

Oh, it's so easy for me to catch a lobster. While they are busy laughing at the size of my tickle stick I just reach down and grab 'em.

Tickle stick... get a snare... the green one... but if you must have one... get a 3/8th aluminum rod, and bend it to any shape you want, they come standard in 8 ft lenghts.. is that long enough?
