Besides Zeagle, who else makes Balanced Diaphram, 1st AND 2nd stages?

I've read nothing but good things about the flathead VI. My husband and I are about to buy a couple of them (from ST of course). They are the testers choice in this months "Sport Diver".

We had already been thinking about them though because I like a very free breathing regulator and have heard that they are very free. Besides, ST has some demo ones on sale. I love sales.

I know the Cressi sub titanium/MC 7 combo has a balanced 1st, but is the second balanced does anybody know?
